Hermann Vogel was a French illustrator and caricaturist of German origin, born in Flensburg on June 1, 1856, and died in Paris on October 10, 1918.

Ewelina Konstancja Wiktoria Hańska, born Rzewuska on January 6, 1801 in Pohrebyszcze (Russian Empire; present-day Ukraine) and died on April 10, 1882 in Paris, known as Madame Hanska, was a Polish noblewoman, famous patron of the arts and wife of Honoré de Balzac.
