Proof on laid paper. Engraving representing Flautin, guitar player, character of the comedy, by the French engraver and publisher Nicolas Bonnart published by himself rue Saint Jacques à l’aigle. Engraving extracted from the Recueil des modes de la cour de France.

Dimensions at the cuppermark : H. 260 x W. 188 mm. Good margins.

Condition : Small worm hole in the upper right margin. Holes for the binding of the pages for the prints visible in the left margin. Scattered foxing in the upper margin.
